Begin by finding a comfortable and quiet place to sit or lie down. Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale out. Close your eyes and allow yourself to fully relax.

Take another deep breath in, and as you exhale, release any tension or stress that you may be holding onto. Allow your muscles to soften and sink into the surface below you.

Now, bring your awareness to your breath. Take a few slow, deep breaths, inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. As you breathe, imagine a warm and comforting light entering your body, filling you with peace and tranquility.

Visualize yourself in a serene and calming environment, perhaps a peaceful garden or a quiet beach. Allow yourself to fully immerse in the sights, sounds, and sensations of this peaceful place.

As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine any tension or stress melting away from your body, leaving you feeling completely relaxed and at ease.

Now, bring your attention to your thoughts. Notice any worries or anxieties that may be present, and acknowledge them without judgment. Imagine yourself placing these thoughts in a bubble and letting them float away, leaving your mind clear and calm.

Allow yourself to simply be in this peaceful moment, enjoying the sensations of relaxation and tranquility. Take a few more deep breaths, and when you're ready, slowly open your eyes, feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Remember, you can return to this peaceful state anytime you need a moment of relaxation and stress relief.
